This article aims to explore the key theories, challenges and future trends facing the field of management in the context of the era of change. Under the influence of globalization, technological innovation, and increasingly complex social and environmental issues, traditional management models are undergoing profound changes. This article will review the evolution of management theory, analyze the main challenges currently faced by managers, and look forward to the future development of management practice. Through in-depth discussions on key areas such as organizational structure, leadership, innovation, sustainability, and digital transformation, this article aims to provide academia and practitioners with a framework for understanding and responding to the complexity of management in the era of change.
